I have used these guys many times. They are my go to people, usually to do with cistern flush problems. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and not patronising to a woman. Not found anyone to touch them.

First class and friendly customer service. Only went in to purchase replacement flush button for toilet but he took his time searching out the back through numerous boxes ensuring it was correct the part whilst another rude customer was unjustly being rude to them.

My husband came into the shop this morning for advice on replacing a flush mechanism on our toilet. Having never had to do this before, he found the advice given to be spot on. They even offered help undoing a particularly stubborn nut without hesitation. We can't recommend North Thames Heating & Plumbing Merchants enough.
